With any publication, the cover helps drive interest in the number of people willing to pick up the book and read it. In fact, some of the best stories have some incredible covers associated with them. Here are three such covers that have me anxiously waiting to read the story:

I still buy comics from my local dealer, so that I can look at the covers and determine which ones I may enjoy reading. I know it is all marketing, but it is also half the fun of buying and enjoying a good comic.
