2 Heads. 1 Shark.

Movie Review:  2 Headed Shark Attack.
Okay, I lied.  This isn't a movie review.   I wish that I could do a review, but I have been banned from renting the movie.  Even when there is nothing else on TV or PPV, I have been told that I could not spend the $6 of such a preordained classic.

Yes, yes.  I have tried to explain the significance of "2 HEADS 1 SHARK"; however, Jamie does not seem to grasp the sheer brilliant concept behind the movie.

I already know what I am renting, as it is akin to the now classic, "Sharktopus".

For those of you who have not seen the trailer and/or realize the classic concept behind the movie, I would recommend you take a moment to watch and enjoy.   If you happen to rent the movie, please do not rub it in.

Gotham City Impostors

I bought "Justice League Doom", which deserves a short discussion at a later date, and I saw a trailer for this game.  As I had fallen behind the times in my geekiness, I had missed this one; however, that doesn't make it any less FUNNY!
Mixed reviews for the demo, but here's hoping to that they addressed the negative reviews.

New Red Trailer

It's no secret that I'm a huge fan of Warren Ellis's comic book work. one of the more interesting pieces of recent history is the 3 issue series Red pencilled by Cully Hamner (I almost typed Hammer just to mess with him if he ever read this).

Warner Brothers is releasing a film loosely based on this work. If you've read the series and have seen or read anything about the movie, you know the film is definitely not the comic. It looks like it will be fun just the same. Plus Ernest Borgnine appears in it, so it has to be good.

Enjoy:

Another Trailer - Primal

Pro: Looks a little nerve racking in some parts.
Con: Another group of college students in trouble.
Pro: I'm not a college student, so I don't have to worry about these things.
Con: College students aren't that naive. At least, I hope they aren't.

Trailer: Let Me In

Now this has all the markings of a good vampire movie!

So the question is: "Would you help the little girl? Would you let her in?"

Oh, by the way, I am loving the soundtrack.

'The Sorcerer's Apprentice' Trailer HD

I was asked if this movie was based upon a comic book or graphic novel.

Has anyone seen Fantasia? With Mickey. The cartoon. Remember? (Robert: Not to mention the semi epic story by Goethe that the Fantasia bit was based on. Just sayin'.)

They even have the mop scene:

Drawn Together - The Movie!

Wahoo!!!! Yes, the show is offensive. Yes, the show is wrong in so many ways. Yes, I should be embarrassed to admit that I actually scheduled my DVR to catch every episode.

But I don't care!!!!! If you haven't seen the show, then you know what I am talking about. If you haven't, then you should pass on the trailer.

Available for enjoyment - April 20th.

She is Out of My League - Trailer

Had to post this trailer, as I don't understand the concept. I never had this type of a problem.

Piranha - 3D

Something very few people know about me, but the Piranha series is one of my favorite 'B Movie' series. I remember watching all of them, when I was a kid, and I loved the fact that they got just kept getting worse. I think I enjoyed it so much because I realized it was supposed to be bad.

I won't be going to the theater to see this one, but I do love the fact that they did it.

Iron Man 2 - Trailer 2

Yes. YES! IRON MAN 2.

Everyone has their favorite superhero movie, and I think mine is Iron Man, which makes the release of Iron Man 2 just a tad bit exciting for me. I'm not an Iron Man collector or avid reader. In fact, I am embarrassed to say that I don't even own an Iron Man statue.

Yeah, yeah. Leave me alone. My finances at the time were a tad bit stretched, so I had to pass on the one that I wanted. Hmmm.....note to self: surf net for possible sale item.

Sorry to ramble.

So, when I got back to my hotel last night, turned on the TV and saw the new trailer. I realized that I had to post! I had to share! I had to oooh and aaah.

Legion - In Theaters 2010

When I first heard about this movie, I was not that interested. I tend to stay away from these movies, as I have my own opinion on the characters, the personalities, and attitudes. After seeing the trailer, I changed my mind. This is looking 'sweet'.

While the 'crawly-human-demon' thing seems to be a standard in movies these days, I can ignore some of that for other aspects of the movie.

Here is to hoping the movie turns out as cool as the trailer looks.
