Points in favor:

• Clean colors - as you can't really do that much with black and white

Points against:

• Similar in Design and Pose as the Iron Spider-Man
• As with the Iron Spider-Man, he may have one more muscle than humanly possible.

While I am leaning toward liking this statue, this appears to be nothing more than the Iron Spider-Man sans the tentacles. So, what this really comes down to is which one you prefer.

Updated Recommendation: Pass - Robert is right about the eyes.

While I wouldn't mind having a Spider-Man in the black costume, I am not quite certain that I would spend the $269.99 for this one.
